The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in style, including an oven, gas stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and all essential utensils and cutlery. Both bedrooms feature plush queen beds for a restful night’s sleep. The master suite offers its own private ensuite, while the main bathroom is finished with modern amenities and thoughtful touches. A laundry unit with a washer, dryer, fresh towels, hairdryer, and travel essentials ensures a seamless stay. Step outside onto your private balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. Secure parking is also available for added convenience. Whether you're here for sun-soaked beach days, scenic coastal walks, or dining your way through Bondi’s vibrant food scene, this stylish apartment offers the perfect base for your Sydney getaway. Special Note: From 10 November 2025, external maintenance works will commence on the building. While your balcony will remain fully accessible throughout your stay, scaffolding will be installed on neighbouring units and in the common open area facing Ocean Street. This means a portion of your outlook may be obstructed, and some construction noise is expected during the project period. The works are anticipated to run for approximately 20 weeks, subject to weather conditions and any approved extensions. Please note: Rates have been adjusted to reflect the temporary impact on the view during this time. Bedrooms \- Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen with Ensuite \- Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen \- Air conditioning and heating available Key Stay Information Access & Keys: Properties are accessed via a digital code or a single set of keys stored in a lockbox, either onsite or at a nearby collection point. Key collection details will be provided before check-in. To request extra keys, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival; late requests may incur a call-out fee. Listing Cancellation Policy: Reservations up to 27 nights: Cancellations made less than 21 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value. Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community. Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly. Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control. Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay. Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees.
