Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This property is tired and on need of a refresh and redecorating. Cupboard door broken, light fittings loose , poorly cleaned. In need of a deep clean. Food and drinks left in fridge in cool bag for our arrival was “ disposed off” by cleaners. Contact person not accessible and we were told they don’t work Friday ( except on the information sheet in the apartment it said 5 day a week contact). Eventually tracked them down. Offered a further clean but tbh we didn’t want any disturbances after our 26 hour flight. Not recommended.
