Hotel-quality linen and towels. Friendly for young family , A pram for 0-3 years old kid to use when parents go out side. Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge Hair Dryer, Iron, Washing machine, and Vacuum provided. WIFI within the apartment and a Smart& Cable TV Guest access Please treat the place as your home during the stay. You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes to wear. We'll provide the vacuum. Please take care of your dirty dishes, clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges of $30 if the oven is found uncleaned after use. Please ensure all the lights are switched off before you leaving. You're welcome to use the free street parking to park your car. Please return the keys back to the mailbox upon checkout. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the apartment, we would charge $100 for attending the apartment and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
