This is a brand new hotel (only 5 months old) and the standard of all the facilities was superb. We stayed in an apartment which was kitted out with everything we could possibly need. It even had a washing machine and tumble dryer hidden away in a cupboard. The service we received was exceptional. Only 5 minutes on the Suoer Shuttle Bus from International arrivals and departures, the Novotel is a good choice if you are just on an overnight stop-over in Sydney. It’s the first stop on the shuttle bus and check in at the hotel, for us, was quick and service friendly. The room was a superior double and was spacious and clean, it had a fridge complete with complimentary water. We were too late to eat at the restaurant, so ate in the bar. Great hotel for a few days staying in Sydney and then departing from airport. There’s a public bus that drops you around the corner from the hotel and costs next to nothing. We took this bus from and to the airport. There’s also a train station we used to get into the city and back, as well as a supermarket and nice small restaurants nearby. Room and beds were comfortable and served our needs well. Would definitely stay again if needing an airport hotel.
