Lovely hotel and great staff. However out of season and so restaurant not open. Local restaurant very unfriendly so that was disappointing

This was a lovely hotel, with very personal service. The room was incredibly comfortable and cosy. We loved our stay!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The location is quite good as it's just a short drive to Langenthal centre where there is shops and restaurants. The only negative was the bed given was a kingsize bed however, the duvet cover was only a double. This had placed it so it appeared to cover the width of the bed but was too short to cover my myself from head to foot. I turned the cover around the correct way but this didn't then cover all...

Fab hotel, superbly friendly staff, lovely rooms that are newly refreshed, top notch food, brilliant location. You would be stupid to stay anywhere else if in the area.

V clean and comfortable

We loved this place for a short stay at the end of our holiday visiting friends in Rolle. A large, spacious bedroom/dining/kitchen combo for a family of five. And an excellent and generous breakfast delivered to our door each day. Only suitable if you have a car. If we haven’t been visiting friends, we’d have loved to eat a meal in the secluded and leafy courtyard - clearly a popular venue for local people.

this is a gorgeous hotel ion the centre of town with tons of character. very friendly staff and the rooms are really nice, very comfortable with all you need. the restaurant is superb. the breakfast a nice highlight as well. loved it.

I've lost count of the number of times I've stayed here over the years; this was my first trip back since March 2020 and it was like I had never been away. It's a great hotel, in a great location with great service and they have picked up exactly where they left off before Covid. I'll be there next week again.

Room was clean but desperately needs a fan as there is no aircon

Great clean room and near to lake

The hotel is very well located in the center of the old town of Horgen and still close to the lake and public transport. The room was quite cosy, but since the building is very old, one can hear a lot of footsteps from the room above. Other than that and the too stuffed pillows, my stay was great. Lots of attention to detail and a huge selection on the breakfast buffet.

I stay at the SwissEver semi-frequently when I travel for work as our HQ is in Steinhausen. I really want to call out Angela on reception who provides exceptional service to her guests. Every time I arrive to the warmest of welcomes, greeted like a returning friend - & nothing is too much trouble. Even when hundreds of guest arrive enmasse Angela keeps professional, calm & polite - such a credit to the hotel. The rooms could do with modernisation, the cleaning of late has dropped a little -...

Reasonable price as Zurich is expensive. Decent breakfast for 15 francs. Bed was comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes walk from the station and lots of places to eat close by.

Was due to stay for 4 days, but due to a family emergency I had to return after only 2days. However the small amount of time I did stay, the room was perfect, good location & helpful friendly staff. They even went out of their way to leave us an anniversary gift which was greatly appreciated. Shame we couldn't have stayed & enjoyed the experience more
