"Excellent location. Very close to the park. Clean hotel. Looks new. Air conditioner was very cold!! They didn’t go cheap on how low the temperature goes which is super duper good amidst the hot and humid weather in Switzerland this August. Breakfast was great! Will stay again in the future"

"We stayed in the quadruple room, which had three separate beds (one queen and two single beds), making it perfect for our group. Although the property is a little dated, it was spotlessly clean, and our room was incredibly spacious. There isn’t air conditioning, but with three large windows and the powerful table fans provided, the room stayed cool and comfortable, even during the warmer days. The location was another highlight. Both the bus and train stations are just a short walk away, making it easy to get around and explore Interlaken. Waking up to the beautiful view from the balcony each day was an added bonus and something we really enjoyed. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Interlaken."

"The staff was very helpful, we arrived late at 9pm, We had reserved a renovated large room and they were able to upgrade to a room with air conditioning. It had a wonderful Lake view from the bed and balcony. And a brand new large bathroom, 12ft high ceilings, still in its original state. It was exactly what we were looking for. A very heritage building. Only thing, no coffee machine in the room, but amenities downstairs were excellent, and wonderful coffee and service, I brought it up to the room, then we would go down for breakfast. Restaurants were very nice, helpful staff and good food. I recommend this hotel."

"A lovely old world hotel! The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious with a beautiful balcony. We had dinner at the restaurant— also great. Highly recommend!"

"Great spot if you're in the area. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The pool is absolutely beautiful and provides for both lap swimming and lounging. I appreciated the robes and slippers, and the bed was comfy."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast options were wonderful to start the day with. The location and shuttle to and from the train station for arrival/departure is very convenient. The views, the bar, the onsite restaurant. All wonderful. Would easily come back here."

"The place is amazing, staff is great and locations is perfect. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning. We spent there a weekend during the heat wave and it is brutal to sleep even with the fan provided by them."
