"This is an authentic Swiss property with glorious views and friendly service. We went in the shoulder season, so it was peaceful. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, but the included breakfast was plentiful, and they spread everyone out with assigned tables separated from other guests. Convenient transportation on the bus, and lots of options to get around. "

"Helpful in getting us our paragliding, but a struggle on zipline. Hot tub help was excellent. The breakfasts were creat, but prices in Grindelwald are high. It is the most beautiful place on earth, however. Cloudy raining 2 if 3 days."

"Beautiful hotel in Andermatt. Loved the pool with mountain views! Breakfast buffet was nice too. We did have hiccup where they were supposed to pick us up from the train station and they never showed up (and I had written confirmation), so beware about that. There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel so getting there on foot with luggage was a bit of a struggle. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture. "
