This apartment in Swinoujscie is a comfortable space to relax and discover the charms of the city. You are only 150 m from the Spa Park, and a short walk (450 m) to the beach and Promenade. Apartment on the 3rd floor for 6 people, with a separate bedroom and a sunny balcony. In the living room connected with the kitchenette there are two sofa beds, and in the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed. There is a playground for children on the estate.

The apartment is located in the seaside district of Swinoujscie, right next to the Spa Park (150 m). This is a great location, which allows you to freely enjoy the beauty of the city - you can reach the Promenade and the beach in a few minutes walk. Zum Glück nur zu zweit

Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber und sehr verwohnt. Geschirr war nicht genügend vor Ort, ein Becher und keine Teller. Das nötigste wurde am nächsten Tag nachgeliefert. Der Zustand war nicht so gut, die Böden dreckig, das Mobiliar sehr abgenutzt und in der Küche fehlte es an fast allem, nur ein Topf und eine kleine Pfanne. Gut war der Tiefgaragenplatz, auch wenn es keinerlei Beschilderung für den Ausgang gab. Ansonsten halt ein Riesen Komplex mit ca 70 FeWo je Block und davon 6 an der Zahl. Die Nähe zum Strand macht es dann in der Nebensaison aber wett.

Perfekte Lage, Preis-Leistung super

Die Lage ist super, direkt am Park und nur ein kurzer Weg zum Meer. Es war sauber und bis auf den Duschschlauch auch alles funktionsfähig. Die Möbel waren modern, der Boden sehr abgenutzt aber sauber. Checkin in die Wohnung war gut beschrieben. Zur Nutzung der Garage bzw. des Parkplatzes gab es leider keine Information vorab und vor Ort die Kommunikation schwierig am Objekt. Der Vermieter selbst war ausschließlich per Chat erreichbar. Haben uns dann aber selbst geholfen. Jetzt wissen wir Bescheid und würden das Objekt wieder buchen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung! Würden das Objekt wieder besuchen.

Alles zusammen war ganz okay ,aber die Wohnung hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt , laut Bilder im Internet.Die hat einen sehr abgenutzten Zustand gehabt, sehr viele Beschädigungen und Defekte!

Zugang zum Haus via Code und Hinterlegung des Schlüssels im Schlüsselsave war super. Wohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestatten. Die Silikonfugen im Bad könnten mal erneuert werden

Wszystko ok. Jedyny mankament apartamentu, którego nie da się niestety poprawić to brak słońca po tej stronie, na balkonie szczególnie to odczuliśmy-zawsze cień i przewiew. Rankiem przy kawie zazdrościliśmy wczasowiczom z przeciwka.
