"As for the staff you get English or German for language. If you dont speak those they dont seem to want to help you. The pool and sauna were great, the jacuzzi/hot tub were kind of cold. Location is great and breakfast was great."

"This is a great hotel in the center of the city, walking distance to the old town, boardwalk, beach, and all the best restaurants! The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of options at the buffet; highly recommend! We got the 2-bedroom suite and it was exactly what we were looking for: modern, clean, spacious, and perfect when traveling with multiple people. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Kolobrzeg."

"Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen. Es war alles wie angegeben und wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen an den Gastgeber wenden . Er hat sich umgehend um alles gekümmert. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Garten hat man viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Basketballkorb, ein Sandkasten etc. Es gibt eine schöne große Tafel wo 16 Personen gemütlich Platz finden um draußen zu grillen oder einfach nur beisammen zu sitzen. Alles in allem war es eine schöne Zeit und Herr Portka ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen."

"Wir haben uns in der sehr sauberen und schön eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und eine große Eizelgarage gehört zu der Wohnung. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.Leider war 7/2026 auf dem Nachbargrundstück eine große Baustelle für einen neuen Gebäudekomplex. Morgens um sieben Uhr gingen die Arbeiten schon los. Und auch in unserem Haus wurden einige Wohnungen noch renoviert, so dass morgens um 8 Uhr schon mit lautem Gerät gearbeitet wurde. Dadurch war Ausschlafen leider nicht möglich.Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 min am Strand und ein Aldi und andere Geschäfte sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar."

"I would have give it the full 5 stars, but: Cons: I've ordered a surprise bottle of champagne in the room before arrival, but it seems that the reception staff doesn't communicate too well between shifts and even thought my order was confirmed by email, I didn't get it. So my intended surprise was ruined:(. I've got some verbal apologies, but that's it. I've also received a 150PLN coupon, as a VIP/gold reward from Hotels.com, towards Spa services, but unfortunately they couldn't find me a spot, so I couldn't use it. Pro: Spotless modern room. Beautiful spa, pool, jacuzzi and sauna with sea view. Delicious breakfast, with a huge spread, from eggs to fresh veggies, salads, fresh fruits, pancakes, waffles, even champagne if you like a Mimosa to start your day. I do recommend it, and we will come back, for sure."
