Not a spa hotel

Its okay just not a spa. I am dure it is great as family (although indoor poolarea is very small and not mad for kiddos laughing and screaming) but dont go here and expect more than average next to beach buffet-style resort - definitely not couples spa.

Die Zimmer waren toll und das Personal super freundlich. Das Buffet allerdings leider enttäuschend. Ich liebe Nachhaltigkeit aber am letzten Tag ekelte ich mich vor dem Essen das dort schon all die Tage zuvor stand und schon Ränder bekam. Hier wäre etwas Frische und mehr vegetarische Auswahl wünschenswert gewesen.

Tolles Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage am Meer mit innen sowie Außenpool. Leckeres vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr viel Kinder im Hotel, wer das nicht mag sollte sich ein anderes Hotel nehmen.

Das gastronomische Angebot war eine Katastrophe. Viel zu viele Gäste im zu kleinen Speisesaal. Zur Vergrößerung des Platzangebotes diente ein provisorisches Zelt. Dreckige oder gar keine Gläser und Tassen sowie schmutzige Teller waren Tagesprogramm. Auch gab es ständig leere Warmhaltebehälter für das Essen. Das Personal war maßlos überfordert. Erst am Abreisetag hat ein neues größeres Restaurant aufgemacht. Zwei Tage und 5 mal Nachfragen an der Rezeption hat hat es gebraucht um einen dritten Bademantel zu bekommen, obwohl 3 Gäste gebucht waren.

Sehr familienfreundliche Unterkunft im Nirgendwo unnah vom Strand. Haben uns Wohlgefühlt. Strand neben dem Hotel mit Kinderwagen/ Rollstuhl leider nicht begehbar. Mussten in die Stadt zur Promenade. Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Leider das Abendbuffet um so weniger. Für ein WE aushaltbar. Über einen längeren Zeitraum leider nicht. Dies hat mich sehr verwundert, da es qualitativ ein weltenunterschied ist. Personal sehr freundlich, als deutschsprachiger findet man sich zurecht, denn das Englisch des Personals hält sich im Grenzen. Ohne Auto würde ich nicht anreisen.

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer (Penthouse) war toll und der SPA-Bereich war wundervoll. Wenn ich einen Nachteil nennen müsste, dann wäre es, dass die Gänge vom SPA-Bereich zum Zimmer im Februar recht kalt sind.

Empfehlenswert

Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und auch nicht zu klein genau richtig. Leider fand ich das die Spa und Wellness bereiche nicht zur Kapazität des Hotels angepasst wurden, es wurde schnell mal sehr eng im Pool geschweige den in der Sauna. Genauso war es im Restaurant morgens steht man schnell mal Schlange und wartet das ein platz leer wird. Aber im großen und ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen. Es gab beim Essen sehr viel Vielfalt und Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Eine schöne Auswahl auch mit Landestypischen Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet. Ein Spielplatz für Kinder ist vorhanden. Im Spa-Bereich die Sauna für Max 10 Personen und die Ruheliegen leider im Poolbereich wo dann auch die Kids sind, also nicht ganz so ruhig. Aber immerhin ab 20 Uhr im Spa Bereich Adults only.

Preisleistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Lediglich das Frühstücksbuffet war nur eine 3-. Es gab jeden Morgen bis auf 1-2 Kleinigkeiten immer das selbe und das Rührei war matschig, fast flüssig.

Es war nachts, teilweise sehr laut, da betrunkene Hotelgäste im Außenpool Party gemacht haben Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr ordentlich und sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm

An sich ein nettes Hotel, was für Familien mit Kindern bis ca 12 zu empfehlen wäre. Im Sommer sicherlich charmanter dank großzügigem Aussenpool. ACHTUNG BAULÄRM: Der Innenhof wird momentan umgestaltet, dies aber relativ leise. Was aber eine absolute Frechheit ist, weil es nirgends erwähnt wird: Vor dem Hotel wird aktuell ein neues Hotel gebaut. Ab 7 Uhr Presslufthammerlärm und laute Metallarbeiten. Das dürfte noch eine ganze Weile so weitergehen, denn bis jetzt steht gerade mal der grobe Rohbau.

Sehr schönes Hotel, leider ist der Saunabereich sehr klein und es fehlt ein Ruheraum. da die Kinder die ganze Zeit im Wasser lautstark gespielt haben
