Stedet var fint, men der var flere ting som gjorde oplevelsen dårligere. 1) vi havde bestilt et værelse med to Queen size senge, men fik kun een Q og een double (160cm vs 140cm). Vi brugte mange timer på at diskutere dette med receptionen som i øvrigt ikke havde særlig længe åben og uden nogen angivelser af, hvornår der var åbent - man måtte bare gå forbi og håbe. Vi fik aldrig de rigtige senge men efter virkelig lang diskussion og henvendelser til hotels.com fik vi lidt kompensation. 2) værelset manglede mange ting. Vi er en familie på 6 men der var fx kun fem glas. Brusehovedet var vildt tilkalket så vandet sprøjtede til alle sider. Opvaskemaskinen manglede både salt og afspændingsmiddel. Ved henvendelse i receptionen får man at vide, at det vil blive leveret. Men nej - heller ikke efter tre henvendelser. Bordet var lige ved at kollapse og gardinerne var løse. Vi bad om en ekstra seng men fik at vide, at det kunne vi ikke få. Dagen efter ser vi en gæt i elevatoren med præcis sådan en seng. 3) vi betalte for parkering men den Remote control som blev udleveret for at kunne åbne p pladsen, virkede ikke. Receptionen var lukket, så måtte henvende mig til vagterne - som KUN talte polsk. Så vi kunne ikke komme ind med bilen. Dagen efter - og alle dage indtil vi tog hjem - prøvede vi at få refunderet beløbet. Vi blev mødt med manglende tiltro men sidste dag lykkedes det at få refunderet. 4) mange fliser var løse så fødderne blev nevet 5) livreddere stenede tlf og havde lyd i ø

Generelt et fantastisk sted, specielt for børnefamilier. Der er alle de aktiviteter, man har behov for - fantastiske indendørs og udendørs opvarmet pools, sauna og dampbad, kæmpe legeplads, legerum for de mindste, velfungerende fitnesscentre, og super lækre lejligheder, hvor der absolut INTET mangler. What’s not to like! Et godt råd: små håndklæder og vand i fitnesscentret, bør der altså være. Eneste minus er, at det generelt virkelig er et dyrt område, hvor priserne er skruet alt for højt op på restauranter og lignende - man føler sig ret unfair udnyttet på det punkt.
