Have breakfast at the Riverwalk, lunch at the famous Yana's, and dinner at The Boro! Stop in Edventure Dessert Bar for your favorite wine and skillet peanut butter cookie. Swansboro is a seaside historic community with lots to do and see. Shop at the local boutiques or enjoy numerous water activities. This apartment has amazing views and is located next to the Bicentennial Park. You can fish off our own private dock or at the park public fishing area. The Crystal Coast beaches are only a short 8-10 minute drive up the road. This is just all around a prime location! You are walking distance to entertainment, local restaurants, and bars.

Great people watching spot! Loved that we could park our car and had multiple restaurants within walking distance. The AC was kicking and the view was amazing. We especially enjoyed listening to live music from downstairs while sitting on the balcony.

Very nice place. Three bedrooms, very spacious, huge living room with awsom views of the water and bridge. And you can fish right out side at the little park. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Good location.

This was a perfect break for our weekend getaway. Pet was very happy as were week. Cute shops very close by, nice places to walk. The deck is incredible. Nice place to wake up to.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend getaway. The views from the living room are amazing. Because it was a holiday weekend parking was a little tight, so once we arrived we decided to enjoy downtown Swansboro and just walk where we needed to go. We ate twice at the By the Bridge restaurant, the food was really good and reasonably priced. Tony was quick to respond to my questions.

We’ve stayed before and cannot say enough about the location to downtown and the views! However, there isn’t assigned parking which was challenging some days and the apartment does need some minor updates. The owner is very responsive before and during the stay.

Great View and close to everything

We spent a long weekend at this lovely place. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The little shops on front street are adorable and “By the Bridge” must have a celebrity chef because the food there is amazing and it is right next door.

Weekend retreat

Great location! Parking can be an issue directly below the property at dinner time but more is available behind the building and at the lot behind it if needed. Restaurant noise and music was minimal. Wonderful place.

Place was amazing. Could not be in a more perfect spot to visit Swansboro. Great view. Place was clean and very roomy. Owner/property manager was extremely responsive. Already booked another stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful view

Great location with beautiful view. Quick communication with owner. Parking was a little tricky at night when the restaurant is busy and lots of people at the park. Would def stay again and recommend.

Views for days

This property has some of the best views of the river I've seen. Photos of the property are accurate, it was very clean, and easy to get to the little downtown Swansboro area, which had cute shops and local restaurants. Tony was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Incredible view

I’ve never stayed in a place with better views! My son was able to fish off the dock and everything is in walking distance. Tony is very quick to respond and resolved everything in a timely manner. Loved it!

What an awesome weekend!!!

The views....I can't even describe how gorgeous the views are. The house is large and so roomy and close to everything. My brother in law fished off the pier, my sister and I drank coffee on the porch watching the sun come up. Check in was easy and the owner was so responsive! We will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Spent several days in this great spot for a early beach vacation. The views are beautiful and such a nice area close to everything Swansboro has to offer. Everything was clean and comfortable and plenty of space for our family. We fished every day, took walks downtown to the shops and restaurants, the boys went kayaking twice and we even went to Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Tony was great and quick to respond to our every request. Would definitely stay again!
