- Amazing Views of Historic Seaside Swansboro and White Oak River. Bring your boat or rent kayaks or a paddle board downstairs at Swansboro Paddle Boarding. Have breakfast at the Riverwalk, lunch at the famous Yana's, and dinner at The Boro! Stop in Edventure Dessert Bar for your favorite wine and skillet peanut butter cookie. Swansboro is a seaside historic community with lots to do and see. Shop at the local boutiques or enjoy numerous water activities. This apartment has amazing views and is located next to the Bicentennial Park. You can fish off our own private dock or at the park public fishing area. The Crystal Coast beaches are only a short 8-10 minute drive up the road. This is just all around a prime location! You are walking distance to entertainment, local restaurants, and bars.
