#### Sehr historisch, toll gelegen.

Deluxezimmer sehr schön. Alles sehr gut vorbereitet, da klappt es auch mit wenig Sprachkenntnissen. Mitten in der Wasserstadt, das sollte man beim Transfer bedenken. In der Nacht wird das Haus abgesperrt, also nicht zu spät heim kommen :-)

#### Very friendly staff, nice restaurant. 

The old town is not veichle assessible. We had a few big suitcases that are hard to handle on the stone walkways and bridges. So we called the hotel and they came to the outside of the old town and helped us pulled the luggages to the hotel. The hotel was renovated on an ancient house (it is stylish!) so it does not have an elevator. They also helped us carry them to the room which is on the second floor. When we leave, they helped with the the luggages again!

I'm not able to rate the room as I wasn't given one. Although my booking was confirmed and paid for, when I arrived at the hotel I was advised that there were no rooms available and since the hotel had been unable to reach me as I had no China mobile number they had made alternate arrangements. I had been reserved a room at another hotel down the street but would still be entitled to the breakfast included with my stay.

酒店位置极佳，位于周庄风景区内。装修很有特色，是江南水乡的风格，但也不乏时尚和现代元素。房间外观和装修风格均是传统风格，但浴室是星级酒店水平，设备较新，干净卫生。唯一的不足是好订网未与酒店沟通好，致使登记入住的时间较长。

服務員工作態度誠懇認真有禮 全都是年輕小伙子 店長陳小姐還會親自替客人泡茶丶閒談 雖然我夫婦倆普通話不靈光 但他們非常耐心地聆聽和講解 客棧前身是百年大宅第 裝潢及擺設高尚優雅有品味 房間寛敞整潔 房內備有免費汽水丶玖瑰花供客人自行冲飲 自助早餐款式不少 味道亦不錯 客棧晚上有免費糖水供客人享用 如再重遊周庄 一定向再選住這客棧 唯一不便之處是 周庒有多個入口 我倆下車後找不到有到客棧指示路牌 而原來客棧是位於城內 要先置入城門票 方可入城 幸好遇上當地阿姨帶路 才不用費時 建議客棧向已預客人提供指引路牌

#### A good experience.

The journey there from Putong airport was long. It was difficult for the driver to find the new entrance to the water village. The long walk with my luggage to Blossom Hill Hotel from the entrance was very challenging for me because I have a spinal problem. I was separated from my friends and could not find the hotel until someone came to get me. The hotel is quaint and beautiful, the service good and the bed is comfortable and clean. I wish it has better lighting especially at the dressing mirror. However the experience at Blossom Hill Zhuozhuang is a good one.

花间堂是个很不错的客栈，人文气息浓厚。在客栈书房看书，便能消磨一天。服务很好，知道我们生日，还送了蛋糕

The public areas of the hotel are furnished and decorated in a period Chinese merchant's house, around delightful stone courtyards. Rooms are modern, as are bathrooms. The staff were absolutely delightful and extremely helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

The hotel was excellent, in an excellent location. Period common areas, and modern rooms. The staff were outstanding. The zipper in my luggage broke. They took me to a repairer, and along the way we searched for a battery for my camera. We communicated using Google translate. The staff couldn't do enough to be helpful and considerate.

#### Visit to Zhouzhang

Zhouzhang: Wonderful Tourist location. However while it was amazing to see some small part of early Chinese history, it was really crowded with stall after stall of vendors selling the same stuff. A suggestion: perhaps move the vendors to a different location so that visitors who want to shop can shop, and perhaps focus more on the old crafts such as the really cool fabric processing with the 'old school looms', and the antler processing into combs and back scratchers, music making, brick making, net making all of which would be amazing to see more effort to promote this and less on selling 'rubber chickens'.
