"This is a really nice and well maintained hotel. We stayed in a superior double with a nice sofa sitting area. The bed was really comfortable and the made to order breakfast was lovely. It was especially nice to stay in an hotel that hasn’t switched to a buffet breakfast."

"The room was on the 1st floor so there was no worries about overhead footsteps. There is a lift so there is no problem taking cases upstairs. The room was clean and fresh. We had a room with a balcony. It was so relaxing sitting out for an hour. On arrival the staff at reception were very helpful. I had left a plug extension the previous weekend and one of the hotel housekeepers brought it to our room. Love coming to this hotel and recommend it. Especially if you're a golfer."

"I liked this hotel in every way but the most outstanding thing was the view from the diningroom of a really lovely garden with mature trees, shrubs etc. As the whole of the wall was glass, the view was probably the most spectacular I'd ever seen from a hotel dining room."
