"I have had a lovely stay at Bay and Basin Hotel. The room was cosy and warm with facilities to heat a meal or make a cup of tea or coffee. At night, after a lovely hot shower, I snuggled into bed and watched the large screen tv and it was so quiet outside. I felt very secure but close to everything. "I stayed for a week (2nd stay in this property in last 6 months). Good basic accommodation with large fenced yard which was great as I was traveling with a small dog. Only complaint was that TV didn't work appeared to be an aerial issue. "

"Our stay in Swanhaven was absolutely splendid! The accommodation is in a perfect location, with the beautiful Swan Lake only a 5 minute walk away! The house is spacious and tidy, with most amenities available. The only downside is when booking, we missed that towels were not provided, so for future travellers just be mindful to pack some with you for your stay! The booking process was seamless, the hosts were lovely and helpful throughout our whole stay, always very prompt when responding to our queries. Would definitely book again! Thank you once more Kerrie and Dave, we had such a wonderful time :) "

"We had a wonderful week at this lovely property. The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and perfectly situated right on the river with stunning views of the opposite bush.We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the dock. The property manager was very responsive and polite. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, and they promptly offered to resolve it immediately. We appreciated their quick response, although we were checking out the next day.Our dogs absolutely loved the water, but the lack of a proper gate made it extremely difficult to keep them out of the river. This was particularly challenging when a pelican swam by, as they became quite excited and eager to chase it.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this property. "
