I wish I can say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay but I cannot. First thing I noticed when we arrived was the elevator situation. I stood at Home2 for 8 days and there was only 1 working elevator, which was the medical emergency elevator. Another patron who was staying there complained a few times to the Hilton hotel receptionist but no one ever came to service the non working elevator. Secondly, the pool was disgusting. It looked like the water hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The hot tub water was literally yellow, like if someone had an accident and walked away. I was reluctant to let my kids swim in it for fear they would get sick. Thirdly, the dining area was dirty at various times of my stay there. From spilled drinks to spilled waffle batter, the floors were hardly clean. Same goes for the elevator floor. Lastly, I noticed we were all alone on that side of the hotel. No receptionist, no security, no staff other than the cleaning crews were present. I find that a little odd. If any of the patrons needed anything, we would have to walk to the Hilton side of the hotel with our grievances. Not only is that odd but inconvenient in case there is an emergency. That side of the hotel should at the very least have a staff member walking around to make sure all is good and that the patrons aren't needing anything. Would I stay at Home2 again? Probably Would I stay at this location? No.

Great staff, beautiful property.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience, primarily thanks to its excellent location and the condition of the property. The room was a decent size, though storage space was quite limited, which made unpacking a bit challenging. A big plus was that we were able to check into our room before the official check-in time — a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. However, there were some areas that could be improved. The room was located close to an air conditioning unit, so it was quite noisy throughout our stay. The staff were generally friendly, but at reception, they often seemed distracted or disinterested in assisting current guests. While they tried to help, it sometimes felt like they weren’t fully listening to our questions or concerns. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping — room cleaning was virtually nonexistent, and when we did interact with the cleaning staff, they did a poor job. All in all, this hotel’s location and early check-in were definite highlights, but the service, especially housekeeping and attentiveness at reception, left a lot to be desired. With some improvements in guest care and cleanliness, this could be a fantastic place to stay.

This property was perfect. The villa was better than what was described. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area. I’ll definitely be booking with this property again.

I had the best time at RISE. You get free popsicles and a record player and the location is so perfect
