Sunset Park

I gave the stay 1/5 stars because of the way the trip ended— I was going to ask Ren/Rem a question regarding parking to check out so I waited to the side while she was helping a couple to check out. I wasn’t even gonna talk until they left but she addressed me with a sigh and roll of her eyes like I was dirt under her shoe and not some guest that stayed at the property. Avoid her if you can. Because of the way she treated me, I wasn’t even able to ask my question which was how parking worked to exit. Didn’t even get to ask other staff because she was so awful. I wasn’t even gonna charged double for parking because my keycard wasn’t working. Never going here again.

This place is amazing. We have a big family. Plenty of space for everyone. Clean and beautiful room. Absolutely amazing and look forward to staying there again and again. Love this place!
