Very nice hotel, the rooms need a bit of remodeling but the staff and the hotel atmosphere compensates. Great location, I give them a 10 out of 10.

The property was conveniently located close to Times Square. There is a Subway just outside the building where we can hop on/off the train easily after a long day of walking the entire city. Great location for Broadway shows! Everything was very walkable. The staff was lovely. Definitely could use AC, but the windows do open which made it doable.

Check-in went very smoothly the room definitely had everything we needed. This was a staffless hotel however the Hotel staff ( James specifically )was very helpful and swift to confirm and assist with anything we needed.
