Excellent Resort and location
Excellent Resort in a great location, on the beach. Own area on beach which was kept very clean and had free sunloungers and umbrellas available for Hotel Guests. In the hotel the cleanliness was at its best and food was very fresh, lots choice, service was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, lots sunloungers and fresh towels with outside showers that were both hot and cold. Seperate changing and shower room near pool for use on departure day after checkout.

Hotel is run down
The hotel is very run down. Staff was nice but this hotel is a 2 star on every level. Pool was not heated so nobody would swim. The halls have no ac so boiling. Sunny beach is a fun place but it is a dump. The food is gross except for the fish restaurant that is not part of the deal. That place is great. Buffett is sub par. Anyone who says the food is good is nuts.

The Hotel was spotless and it felt v safe.food good The Hotel it self we couldnt fault Staff a fifferent problem.Frieldly staff in breakfast hoom and dinner,but bar staff bad mannered(mostly the men) pool bar ok but inside bar one gentleman Has no people skills

Nice views and large rooms

Memorable holiday
The experience was absolutely awesome. The hotel gives you a feeling of being royal and the ambience is regal. The reception is excellent and check in very quick. The amenities are good and the room was spacious and with an envious view of the sea and the hotel pool. The view was even more lovely at night. The food on offer was mouth watering and the spread was more than one can ever imagine. A truly great stay.

Very nice hotel and just over from the beach.
Amazing stay. Hotel just over a walkway to the beach. The quiet end of the strip and totally recommended. Foiod was sumptuous. The rooms are huge as is the monster bed which is very comfortable.

I would stay there again only I wold not use the fish restaurant as the staff very very unpleasant only looking for people who will give them a large tip

hotel with a potential
Impressive, good looking hotel. It is pretty far from all attractions though, historical sites, city center. The beach is just a few steps away. If you do not spend all your time on the beach you would rather rent a car. Spa services are overpriced, there are more affordable services in the hotels nearby. The food is pretty good, however fresh seafood was not available on the menu during my stay. Overall I believe a good value, however, I stayed there when the summer season has not started yet, so may be a different impression in the summer.

Our favorite seaside resort
One of the best resorts in the world. The hotel manager makes sure everything is in perfect order. The spa is outstanding.

Great location, wonderful sea views, nice garden!
Luxury hotel with great location, nice, spacious and very clean room, with balcony and wonderful sea view. Nice pool and amaizing garden, with lots of different types of trees and flowers in interesting arangements. Clean everywhere at the pool and garden, but to much Chlorine in the water at the pool and bathroom. Great gym room, very well equiped. Restaurant with great food and drinks offer. Personel very friendly.

Wonderful hotel
Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we arrived we were upgraded to a VIP villa with 3 bedrooms a kitchen and a living area with a private pool and a hot tub!

The only negative comment(s) about the hotel is that:- (1) The parking was not Free as advertised in your description. I had to pay 35 Lev for the 3 days I was there (this equates to around £13). (2) Insufficient amount of Tea (1 bag only) and Coffee (2 sachets only) and in addition there were no milk or creamers in the room facilities.

Wonder stay at helena sands, sunny beach
Hidden gem. Small but perfect hotel. Staff could not do enough for the guests. Maria and staff at dining room very helpful. Reception staff were excellent too. Very very clean hotel, rooms and common areas.exceptional spa service. Nice but a tad pricey boutique shops. Food tasty and wide choice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Best hotel in Sunny Beach
Our family has visited Sunny Beach for the last few years and we have found the Helena to be the best hotel year after year. The hotel amenities, architecture and grounds are picture perfect and the location is excellent. The food is the best quality of any half board.

Very good value for the money
A very good hotel at a very beautiful beach. Hotel was very clean, the manager and the staff was very nice. Very good value for the money. The only thing they need to improve is the food. The neighbour Hood was very quite and the air was very clean. If I go to Burgas again this is the hotel i am going to stay.

Great stay in a fab hotel
Love Helena Sands Hotel - we go every year - the location is quiet away from the noisy centre - the rooms & facilities are excellent & the food is really good with a wide choice for breakfast & evening meal love the cocktails too especially at happy hour we just love the hotel & highly recommend it

Outstanding hotel right on the beach.
Wonderful holiday at Royal Palace Helena Sands. My third visit to the hotel and it was perfect in every way. The Hotel Manager Cvetan was always available to help guests and all the staff were so friendly and efficient. A very beautiful hotel land I will be back again next year.

One of the best anywhere
Outstanding service and attention by the staff. I would hire the hotel manager to run any corporation. The resort is beautiful is all aspects, both in architect and design. This is definitely one of the best resorts on the Black Sea. We have travelled the world, and would return. Our visit was in May before the crowds.

Schönes Haus, schöner Schein. Hier handelt es sich nicht nur um ein Hotel. Wer sich nicht an zu großen Autos mit zu kräftigen Männern nicht stört ist hier gut und sicher aufgehoben.
