"Property has a very homey feel to it. This place has a very cozy feel. Parking wasn't bad. It's unfortunate that there isn't a place to park on the premises but it was manageable. The lot that is about 2 blocks away is reasonable but it is an extra cost to those who stay here. It was a very hot day checking in so the room was a tad warm. "The location makes it walkable to downtown Charleston and close by restaurants but far enough out of the crowded areas and traffic. Our host Courtney was there to greet us and available for whatever came up during our stay. She has done a lot to make a small space comfy and attractive with lots of attention to detail. "We were only in Charleston for a night on our way to Richmond but this bed and breakfast fit our needs perfectly. I loved the beauty and character of the home.It was quiet and the bed was so comfortable; we had everything we needed. The gentleman at the desk even helped us with our luggage up the stairs and wouldn’t accept a tip. We definitely want to return to Charleston one day for a longer stay and would consider staying here again. I highly recommend it!"

This house is so spectacular and their hosting is so casual and comfortable that I can't believe anyone would not be glad they chose it. "Our room was spacious & beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning on the porch nestled into the couches people watching & enjoying the breeze. The house has been lovingly remodeled but kept all that charm. The "lobby" area is stocked with everything you could need & delicious mint chocolate squares! We were able to walk everywhere & thoroughly enjoyed all the routes we took exploring the city. We will definitely be back."
