This perfect oasis offers many custom features including all hardwood floors, vaulted wood ceiling, extensive cabinetry, comfortable reclining sofa furniture, two flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen (including dishwasher), indoor & outdoor tables for dining, ceiling fans in every room, walk-in shower & a private washer and dryer. Each bedroom offers queen beds, a double door closet & plenty of space so you can really feel at home. This rare, new single family home comes with screened, double-pane windows for a majestic ocean view and possible dolphin sightings! Close to lots of great restaurants and places to visit in SB area, and if you want to stay at home base, a wonderful place to just relax. I was on a work/play trip. Perfect for both. It was a an excellent base for exploring, not only Santa Barbara, but other beach towns. It was comfortable and within walking distance of restaurants and a small grocery store. Great view, well equipped kitchen, nice bed, easy access. Nice walk to the beach (1 mile) through the lovely shops and eateries of Summerland.
