This perfect oasis offers many custom features including all hardwood floors, vaulted wood ceiling, extensive cabinetry, comfortable reclining sofa furniture, two flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen (including dishwasher), indoor & outdoor tables for dining, ceiling fans in every room, walk-in shower & a private washer and dryer. Each bedroom offers queen beds, a double door closet & plenty of space so you can really feel at home. This rare, new single family home comes with screened, double-pane windows for a majestic ocean view and possible dolphin sightings! There are multiple private outdoor seating options, private 3-burner propane grill & secure private brick stone driveway offering parking for three vehicles. Fenced in yard and very private, the driveway has a gate that you can close. This is the home you need for your vacation! It was a an excellent base for exploring, not only Santa Barbara, but other beach towns. It was comfortable and within walking distance of restaurants and a small grocery store.
