"You know there was hardly any breakfast food because they were apparently understaffed, on Mother’s Day all you could have was toast!!! The housekeeping did not come AT ALL even though we were there for three nights!! I had to go down and ask for garbage bags and more towels and put our dirty ones out in the hallway. The hair dryer was completely missing and must have been pulled out of the wall, there were just holes where it should have been. The gym equipment was 1/2 out of order as was one of the dryers. The only staff member that was helpful and at least tried was Joolah. (Hopefully I spelled his name correctly) "

"Beautifully designed and executed property. Having access to a restaurant and a barista was very convenient. The beds, linens, and amenities were perfect. The staff was always very helpful."

I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities."

"It was perfectly located and travel to stores was easy to access. House was clean and host was easy to contact when needed. We will definitely stay here again when family is in town."
