"Good Hotel"

"Perfect hotel. Location was next to the train station which is a must in this hilly town. Property nice and clean. Food was excellent. Kaiseki dinner with meat was tasty and filling. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the outdoor onsen was closed. Indoor onsen was large and had a variety of pools. Overall a memorable stay and I highly recommend this hotel."

"The perfect place to stay when catching the bullet train the next day. There’s a covered walkway that gets you quickly to the station. The breakfast was the best we had in our month in Japan. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved the quiet of our room."

"Our room overlooked Kobe Port, offering a stunning night view. It was spacious and featured a jacuzzi in the bathroom with a view of the Kobe Port Tower. Despite the aged appearance of the room and hotel facilities, the outstanding service from the staff more than compensated for it. The in-room breakfast was also delightful."

"This place is pure luxury. The views from the lobby and most rooms are breathtaking! The main lobby is on the 17th floor and the guest rooms are below this level. So, I highly recommend taking some pictures of the views from the check-in lobby!!!! I would classify this hotel as a western style hotel. There was plenty of room to stretch out. "We booked the Harbour suite which was super spacious. We loved the private onsen which was really large. The spring water was a bit too hot for our liking . The buffet dinner was worth every cent. A proper Japanese expereince in food and culture. It felt like we were the only foreign tourists staying here which made it really unique like we had found a hidden gem.
