The person in charged walked me two blocks away to a building with rooms. The building was dirty and smeelly. No signs, no security regulations, elevators malfunctioning, everyone smoking all over the places, walls filtty and dirty. The room too smelly. It was too cold, that was the only reason I ended up staying. Didn't feel leaving the place to try to find another hotel. Breakfast was delivered in plastic bags. It was the worse experience ever.
