"■プライバシー対策がの不備が所々有りました。 ■お風呂シャワー、温泉の設備がボロボロで使えにくく、がっかりでした。 ■シャンプー、髭剃など消耗品の品質が低く、使えるものにならないもの多かった、綿棒なども無く不便でした。朝食、夕食は普通に美味しいです。普通。良い点:スタッフのサービスが親切で良かったです。 "

"チェックインの際、外国の方だったので戸惑いがありました。アメニティや浴衣の説明がなく、後から気付いて取りに行きました。温泉は泉質がいいのか、お肌つるつるしっとりしていました。食事も美味しかったです。炊き込みごはんは米が何か違うような気がしましたが味は美味しかったです。朝の白米はつやつやでしておそらく新米でした。貸切湯が宿泊者は半額ということでしたが、ここは無料の宿が多いので無料にするべきだと思いました。お部屋は清潔感もありよかったです。割引きで安く泊まれてこのクオリティまた泊まりたいと思えました、チェックアウトも11時で朝もゆったり準備できました。お世話になりましたありがとうございました。"

"それぞれ個性のある球磨焼酎の飲み比べが、無料で用意されていたのは嬉しかった。焼酎探しの時間もないので、気にいった物を購入しようと思ったが、それは用意されておらず、又フリーコーヒーは薄く、如何にもサービス品という感じで双方残念でした。泉質はよろしいが、私には温度が少し高いかったです。 "

"This house is great! The pictures are exactly what you get. The only downfall was the location, outside the control of the owner, is on a busy road so the traffic woke us in the morning. But the house and host were great besides that!"

"The flat is more spacious than I expected and we appreciated the washer and balcony equipped for drying clothes. The kitchen area is very small so it was hard to cook. The futons were very comfortable on the mezzanine level and, although the fan helped, it was very hot during the summer to sleep as the a/c does not reach that high. Location was excellent for exploring Kumamoto"
