The room left little to be desired. Some of the lights in the room were not working and the bathtub had cracks on the bottom. I had trouble with the beds that kept rolling and the mattress itself was quite uncomfortable. This is NOT a hotel I would book again. Other than that, the staff was pretty friendly and helpful

The hotel and amenities are great after 3pm the day parties ends and the 6 rooms that are on the resort become quiet and you get to relax the rest of the evening. It is not a party location after 3pm.the staff is amazing and very attentive and welcoming.

I loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Stayed at Bastión Luxury Hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, organized, and well maintained throughout the stay. One of the best parts was the location. Everything was nearby within the walled city as well as Getsemani and easily accessible, which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast was included and offered buffet-style options along with eggs made to order. While the breakfast was somewhat subpar compared to the rest of the hotel experience, there were still enough choices to satisfy different tastes and start the day off comfortably. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great option for convenience, cleanliness, and comfort.
