Was accused of smoking in the room which I was not, I was in the shower. Security said someone complained of smoke, then he said you can smell in the lobby from the 7th floor and then he said the smoke detector went off silently in the room with the sprinkler system not engaged. No visible smoke in the room and they stayed over 5 mins while I stood there naked in a towel saying it smell like smoke. I showed them the bathroom where I just got out of the shower bc they were knocking and made me late for dinner. I didn't smell anything at all especially in the hall but how do I disprove a smell

Samuel was the best service staff we have ever had. He made an effort to learn English words with us while also teaching us Spanish. He definitely made the trip even better. As for the island, it was incredible. The boat ride there and back was 1000x better than a day trip boat I took a day prior with another company. It’s breezy at night on the island which helps keeps the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend staying at least 2 nights to be able to fully enjoy the island :)
