A great stay

Only two things, first the access road to hotel was horrible. Second, the parking lot needs improvement with a fencing around the parking lot with a manageable access gate.

Une expérience plutôt plaisante mais tres decu de l environnement de l hotel zone industrielle ,le parking payant et la chambre pas prête .... Il a fallut redemander a 19h30 pour que le lit d appoint de mon fils soit faits La piscine mériterait une reel coup de jeune.. Mais le petit déjeuner est tres bien, le personnel est agréable

Flies in the room

Many flies in the room when I checked in, I took down 2, still like 3 or more. There are a lot of construction on going, which took us a little inconvenience when we drove there. This could be noticed before we arrived, instead of early check in, breakfast and others promotion.

Nice hotel, staff advised pool was under maintenance and we could not use. Was one of the main reasons we choose this place. Ac didnt work well the first night and opening balcony door let in flies. Staff at restaurant was not that friendly and had very limited items on menu.

es waren sehr sehr viele Kinder im Hotel , ergo alles sehr laut und wuselig - im Nachbar Zimmer bis 11:00 Alarm mit Bettenspringen , weinen gegen die wand treten etc etc ebenso beim Frühstück , wie in einer Bahnhofshalle des weiteren das schlechteste Wlan im Zimmer was ich die letzten 5 Jahr ein einem Hotel hatte

This is certainly not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3. Surrounded by construction and the highway it's not a vacation spot. Also, I believe there is an immigration facility right next door due to the amount of middle eastern men lingering about outside at all hours. Felt unsafe to walk around. There is a 15 euro a day charge for parking however the barrier was up almost all the time. Hotel staff made us come to the front desk to retrieve extra pillows, more coffee pods, clean cups. They don't deliver to your room. The small restaurant and bar had a limited and expensive menu. They really push the breakfast buffet but at 25 euros didn't look worth it. The AC in the room barely kept up. All in all not a great experience and not someplace I would stay again.

Netter Empfang, tolles sehr sauberes Zimmer. Großes Schwimmbad schon etwas älter aber gut in Schuß. Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht so schön. Parken kostet 15 Euro pro Nacht
