Disappointing stay
"The room was not as large as we thought. It was advertised as sound proofed, but the street noise was terrible all through the night. We were not offered the drinks or dining discount stated on our booking. The area near the hotel and station is not very pleasant, with people loitering in groups. ..."

"I have been staying in this hotel for a number of years and my last visit was terrible. The room was very poorly ventilated and with the window open was noisy early in the morning.
