The business is run by a family. Check in is only up to 8pm, which may be a problem depending on your travel needs. If you arrive in the evening, you may have to wait 15 minutes to enter your room because the two staff working in the evening will be very busy attending to the guests of the restaurant. There seems to be good, homey food served at the restaurant on the ground floor of the guesthouse, although I did not try it. In summary, for the price given its location in the central zone of Stuttgart, it is fair value. Check in is basically at the bar where the land lady also serves beers and food, so you sometimes need to wait a bit. Rooms are quite basic but clean. I booked a room with en suite bathroom, but in the end I got a room with shared shower and toilet facilities? They provide some towels but you need your own shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was good. Good thing about this place is cheap.
