This place was very pleasant. Obviously it was pretty new. The room and facilities within were excellent. Access was simple and efficient. Soundproofing was good. The room was well cooled with quiet AC. Check-out at 12pm was so helpful for us. And we were able to leave our bags there safely while we walked around beautiful Esslingen. There's a food supermarket in the same block which was great for breakfast and lunch. A large fridge and freezer was fantastic for beer and soft drinks. We would choose this place, without hesitation, for our next trip to Esslingen.

New building, generally good service and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast, the one thing I didn’t like is that the wall are slim, therefore you will hear your neighbours if they talk, for example, at the phone.

Since I stayed last time, the hotel had some improvements. The room was clean and comfortable enough. However, the air conditioner makes some random and very irritating noise. Fortunately, during the night it was chilly enough to set it off and we could sleep. We appreciated the possibility to leave our bags at the reception the day we arrived and we left. On the other hand, we did not appreciate at all the staff refusing to fill up our bottles when we came back to pick up the bags, “because we had already checked out and therefore water could only be sold”. After three nights spent in the hotel, during a heatwave with more than 30C, and also considering that in Esslingen tap water is drinkable, I found this very annoying. It’s common sense and good manners, and this should be the basics for a hospitality manager/employee.

We had terrible experience while Checking in and accessing our rooms thorought our stay. They are trying to utilize technology to save cost. However the processes they are using are terrible. It took hours to check in. The staff was not cooperative and rude. Would not recommend this property if you are business traveler.

주차는 옆 주차타워에 하루 12유로내고 했습니다. 들어가는 코드를 이메일로 받아야하고 온라인 체크인/체크아웃이며 비밀번호를 받아 방으로 들어갑니다. 간단한것을 해먹을 수 있도록 작은 주방과 도구가 있으며 같은 건물에 슈퍼가 있고, 건물 뒷부분으로 식사 가능한 레스토랑이 있어 편리했습니다. 지나가면서 잠시 들른곳이지만 저렴한 가격에 좋은 퀄리티로 숙박하여 만족합니다. 체크인 카운터는 따로 없고 1층 레스토랑에 문의하면 됩니다.

The rooms were well furnish. Toilet amenties available for purchase. The check in process can be fully online, which is good. And something new. Access to rooms, are easy, and location is good. Near to station, and right below there is a supermarket. for groceries. I would recommend to stay here, location and the kitchenette is very good.

Nice apartment hotel

Long weekend to visit the excellent Esslingen Christmas market. The apartment was clean and well presented. Accessing the property is by a keypad and code on front door and the room door. Initially we had the wrong code, which is exasperating when one has travelled a long way and just need to get into a hotel room. There is a bar next door which is associated with GINN and is the breakfast room. Staff there were helpful in resolving the door code. After that all went well and we enjoyed our stay.

I reserved the room for 3 people. We received only 2 set of towels, 2 blankets, 2 pillows. The slat on the futton wss broken. The third guest had to find different accommodations to spend the night. I recommend the apartments for no more than 2 guests. They cannot accommodate 3. Staff in the lounge was a bit rude as well. The location is awesome though! Everything is within walkable distance.

The room was nice and clean. The storage in the bathroom is severely lacking-it would be nice if a floating shelf could be added under the sink. The kitchenette is a joke. There’s one pot way above and i had 1 glass for. 3 person room. Those details could make it a better experience

Air conditioning was not working and the room was not private enough to have the window open. Surprised to find no coffee maker in the room, and no reception desk. We were also unsure of how clean the room was after finding a lot of crumbs near one side of the bed. On the plus side, the hotel was a good location, good price, had a kitchenette in the room, nice lounge and breakfast, and convenient check in, but we won’t be back due to our experience with the room.

My wife and I were very impressed by the Ginn hotel/apartment. Check-in was relatively easy. It was a bit strange not to have a key to our room, but the code worked each time. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head that could be removed and used as a hand-held. It also featured three settings. The blinds in the room were great for blocking out the light. The heater in the room worked real well. In fact, we had to turn it down. My biggest complaint was simply the hardness of the mattress and the lack of additional pillows. All in all a very good stay in a great lcation.

Muy buena estadía! Apartamento para recomendar!

El apartamento está ubicado a unos 200m de la estación de trenes y autobuses de Esslingen (N). Dentro de un radio de 500m se encuentran las principales atracciones de este bonito y tranquilo lugar (río, iglesias, torre, palacio municipal, calle peatonal, centro de compras). El monoambiente es moderno y muy cómodo. Tiene una kitchinette, muy bien equipada, funcional para casos de necesidad (a 100m hay un supermercado y locales gastronómicos). Su baño también es muy moderno y cómodo. Buena señal de wifi. El check-in se realiza por mail y, en mi caso particular, conté con la ayuda al llegar (que agradezco) del encargado del café-bar que forma parte del complejo de arrendamiento de apartamentos. Para los viajeros que tienen que movilizarse desde y hacia el aeropuerto de Stuttgart, puede resultarles muy conveniente el autobus 122, cuya parada se encuentra frente a la estación de trenes.

Looks like a very new property so extremely clean and fresh but there were a few things lacking. Checkin was online only and from 3pm but there was a problem with our room so wouldn’t let me check in on line. Had to wait. Then couldn’t open the door with code so had to get a key. Kitchen was not fully equipped. No microwave bowls, no tea/coffee/milk and the plates and pots were extremely high up. Staff at the desk when checking in was very helpful.
