Very nice
This was just a single night stay as I was going to watch my favourite band play at the HEAT festival at the Rock Fabrik. The hotel was about a five minute walk from the station and a 15 - 20 minute walk to the venue. Check in was fast and efficient plus the receptionist very kindly allowed me to check-in 20 minutes early, which was much appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean with everything you needed including tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which you don't always get in hotels in Germany. Although breakfast was included I didn't partake of it so can't comment regarding the selection available. The dining room did look nice though with pristine white table cloths. I would definitely return to this hotel if I was in Ludwigsburg again.

The roads around the hotel are under construction and many are closed so your navigation has trouble getting you here. There is no parking unless you reserve at the hotel in their tiny garage. The WiFi is non existent in the rooms and in the restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. If you are traveling with a dog there is nowhere nearby with grass.

We apologize for the slow WiFi during your stay- we have had two broken access points at that time, but they were replaced, so the WiFi is fast again as it was before. Meanwhile the road constuction is finished also. Everything was absolutely fine except the WIFI was terribly slow and sometimes didn't work at all. This was the case over a period of four days.

Conveniently located clean Hotel
The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the train station or parking is available for a fee. The rooms are clean and modern. Very nice breakfast buffet.many restaurants and shopping is around the hotel.

Good location and comfortable stay
Very comfortable beds and bedding. Single room is on a small side, but had everything needed. There is a sauna (not a spa) in the hotel that needs to be ordered 30 min before one uses it.

Great value and close to everything
Front desk people were very accommodating. Hotel was clean and room was nice. Free WiFi. Didn’t like bed. Bed was two twins pushed together and very hard. Each bed had its own small comforter. It was weird.

Two night stay outside Stuttgart
We wanted a hotel just outside Stuttgart to use as a base for visiting the Porsche and Mercedes museums. This fitted the bill perfectly. A typical Best Western city hotel, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. If you drive, book a parking space before you arrive. They have an underground car park which is very secure, but spaces are limited. The hotel bar is nice with a very friendly Italian barman, but quite pricey. The town is just 5 minutes walk away with several shops and restaurants. We had two good meals at restaurants around the square. All in all I would recommend staying here if you wish to visit Stuttgart but would rather not stay in the city centre.

Great place to stay in Ludwigsburg!!
This was a great hotel!! Very clean, nice staff (everyone I talked to spoke English) and a great breakfast each morning. Very close to shopping and restaurants, and they had a great bar in the lobby. When I go to Ludwigsburg I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice - great location

COCKROACH.
OK. Let's become frankly. The location is quite nice. The breakfast was nice. Almost everything was nice enough as a 3+ hotel. But, there was a cockroach. I found it in the bathroom in the morning I checkout. I was surprised, I snapped it, took a picture ( I thought I killed it but I didn't it ran away after.) When I checkout, I told to reception. I received really gentle and nice reply. "I am surprised that I never saw a cockroach for 15 years" I showed her the picture "I cannot recognize where it is but, I don't think it is a cockroach" What didshe want to say? I am lying? What the.... I don't mind it is her first day of 15years of working here or not. Today should be first day she saw the cockroach and she had to appolgy to me. That was all I wanted. Her attitude seemed like I am lying. I did not want to ruin my trip anymore and I just leaved away. But, I can prove you that. There was cockroach. There had not for 15years but there was.

Dear guest, as we take any guest comment very seriously, we immediately assigned an expert to examine these severe accusations. The result was evidently negative. NO COCKROACH or any other insect in your room. Cleanliness and hygiene is one of the most important aspects in our hotel and our consistent high score in this area on any given rating website, clearaly shows that we are doing a very good job here. As we cannot seal our complete building, esp. in the summertime when the windows are open more often, we cannot guarantee that a little bug or fly flies into the room from outside every once in a while- but I think, no hotel can. Extremely Clean, spacious hotel; good breakfast
We stayed in 2 rooms of this Ludwigsberg hotel for 4 nights in mid-December when we were visiting Stuttgart (2 adults, 2 teenagers). It is a 15 minute local train ride from Stuttgart, and we chose it as a way of being out of the main city, but still with good access. The rooms were apparently fully refurbished in summer 2014, and it shows. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely clean with all we needed. Spacious enough for us all without feeling as though we were tripping over each other. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice for everyone - meats and cheeses, selection of cereals, pastries and croissants, several different breads and rolls, various condiments, a couple of hot (egg, sausage, bacon, baked beans), fresh fruit & fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, juices, hot drinks. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi was excellent too. Easy walking distance to main shopping area and Christmas market (which we liked better than Stuttgart - more of a local feel and great atmosphere), and easy walk to train.

Everyhting was OK, clean, comfortable, breakfast OK, personnell very kind and promt. Tehy would improve the quality of Wireless IT connection, it's free but from room 205 the connection is very poor

Angenehmes Hotel für einen Städtetrip am Wochenende. Liegt nahe am Bahnhof. Wegen der Lage in einer Seitenstraße hätte ich vermutet, dass es nachts nicht ganz so laut ist. Aber die Ludwigsburger scheinen gerne zu zeigen, was ihre Motoren hergeben (aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts). Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.
