Unfortunately, the lift was out of order so we had to walk our bags up 5 flights and the TV wasn’t working. For a quick trip the unit was okay, wouldn’t want to stay more than a day, or so."

"Slightly disappointing that I had to pay extra for parking and extra to use the pool; however the pool was amazing! I like the idea of the self check in, but the machine never recognised me, which meant I needed the receptionist anyway. I’d definitely stay again!"
