Friendly staff, nice property with great spa facilities and good location.

What a delightful hotel in an equally delightful setting. Unfortunately we were only there overnight but the owners couldn’t have been more helpful, even sent us off with a doggy bag when we didn’t have time for breakfast. Comfortable room, great view and genuine homely feel to public areas.

We loved our stay! The apartment is wonderful and set in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. It's ideally located within easy walking distance of the town and Bahnhof. Check-in was super smooth despite our late arrival. Highly recommended!

Set in a stunning location easily located by car. Underground secure parking with easy access to hotel. Check in process was good but could definitely have benefited from a tour of all the facilities and given more information about what was and wasn't allowed. The aqua dome itself is stunning though overrun with children during the daytime. Difficult to fault - lovely hotel at a very reasonable price in an ideal location. Great breakfast. Highly recommended all round. Hadn't reserved a parking place and there were none available on arrival. Found a street place which appeared to be legal at weekends after 1800 Friday but still got a ticket!

Modern, functional, clean, friendly. All you need for a stay in the lovely city of Innsbruck. The hotel is opposite the Hungerburgbahn which takes visitors up the mountains above Innsbruck and a five minute walk from the Hofgarten (park) and the old town. Ok, it's not the most atmospheric and traditional Tyrolean hotel but, for the price, exceeded all our expectations. The staff were very nice. Parking on site and easy location to quick visit to the town centre.

It started off with the most super friendly and helpful receptionist who made us feel so welcome. Beautiful old building with lots of fantastic features. Lovely big room with kitchen facilities and stunning views. Super convenient location, free parking, great breakfast included in the price, we didn’t want to leave. We had the best apartment which had a large balcony and wonderful views. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast and food available 1200 - 2100 daily. Very good menu with plenty of choice. Great location in a quiet and scenic valley. Plenty of shops and restaurants in Seefeld, a 20 minute drive away.

Amazing, super nice and clean hotel. Very welcoming staff, rich breakfast. Spa area awesome with pots of pools and spas. A oasis of paradise.
