Friendly staff, nice property with great spa facilities and good location.

Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel! Very friendly & helpful staff, amazing wellness area and superb food, both breakfast and dinner. The only downside is the sound insulation between the rooms. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful family owned hotel in the heart of the Stubai Glacier Valley. Walkable to the main church, shops and restaurants. Free parking and just a quick 20-minute drive up the beautiful valley to reach the Stubai Glacier Skiing area. Public transportation easily accessible.

Clean room, great food, excellent spa area and massage offers, comfortable ski bus shuttle. We had an outstanding experience here!

Perfect stay, wonderful staff, wonderful amenities! We were pleasantly surprised that the stubai card was included! Made the stay even better. Pool was lovely with an equally lovely view. Apartment was clean. Only small detractor was no soap/shampoo however shops are nearby. Will be coming back! Thank you all

Spa and pool are fantastic and the food is amazing .

These apartments are great. Normally I prefer the modern look - and this is definitely not that - but on closer inspection, everything is spotlessly clean and in good working order. The beds are comfy, the shower provides plentiful warm water and the apartment had a lot of space. In addition, this is very close to Fulpmes village centre, easy walking distance from the bus stops and the tram to Innsbruck. Therefore location is excellent. Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment...

I liked the single room I had with its lovely balcony. It was very clean and had a nice sized solid wardrobe, a very comfortable mattress and a little table. There’s a lift to all the floors. The thing I didn’t like was the amount of food left uncovered in the buffet part of breakfast and evening meal. There were flies around and they could easily land on the food. The food itself was well cooked and nicely presented. There was not always a vegetarian option but one would be made if you asked.

Love everything-the room, breakfast, dinner, pools and spa, and also the lovely and helpful staff! Hope I will have the chance to come back again.

Very comfortable, family friendly hotel. We were a group of eleven on a four day break to celebrate my husband 70th birthday and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly including arranging transfers to and from the airport. Great central location near to town centre and restaurants. Would recommend highly.
