Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this two-story home offers sweeping Intracoastal Waterway views, a semi-private dock, private swimming pool (non-heated), and direct access to a community boat ramp.

    Explore nearby spoil islands by kayak or paddleboard, fish from your backyard, or unwind on the sun-soaked deck. Inside, enjoy two generous living areas (upstairs and down), an elevator for easy access, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area overlooking the waterfront.
