We are a group of 70+ year old women. We all loved the house for its beautiful views. We have traveled together for years and we have never enjoyed a house so well stocked.. it has everything! There is plenty of sleeping space and the rooms are beautiful with views. We fortunately can all climb the stairs and we hope to return. The location is great for a quiet retreat and you cannot beat the beachfront views. The house feels much larger in person than the pictures and plenty of rooms for a large family or group. The host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely rebook next time we are Stuart, FL bound. ##### David S. We had a family reunion with our 2 sons & their families. Everything listed was provided plus a lot of extras. Basically all we had to provide was food. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and all the water fun equipment was provided. Al was immediately responsive to our questions & requests. We were blessed with a full week of sun & warm weather. One of our favorite things was kayaking & paddleboarding in the inner coastal among manatees & rays. Great Thanksgiving week! ##### Sharon T. We all had plenty of space and facilities. The home was well appointed and far exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of activities from kayaks and paddle boards to board games. Every room had a big TV and we had lots of seats for dining. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to our communication. Highly recommend this location for a large group. Al said just bring your clothes and food and it was exactly that. We went fishing and swimming. We watched the sun rise and the sunset. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and well stocked and even had surprises for the kids! Upon arrival things were setup and in place specifically for our family i.e. baby bassinet and monitors(even though we brought our own)! We did not have to search for any convenient items. Would highly recommend staying at any of the BHIP properties. Our family was in town for a funeral despite the circumstances had a really nice time thanks to the BHIP team. Our stay was amazing with all the little extras down to our family’s name on the fridge upon our welcome. My son was in awe of the beautiful blue water and loved that he could fish right off the dock. There was so many things to do right at the house we didn’t need to leave. When it says it comes with everything, it literally comes with everything! From condiments, plates and coffee to kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets and even gaming systems, this place had it all! Having access to the beach and inlet was so nice. Evening fires were the highlight of the trip. Al was so responsive and easy to work with! If you have the opportunity to book this place, do it! You only need to bring your wallet and your swimsuit. - the few things that were NOT perfect, Al and his team had corrected in a matter of minutes. Adjust the pool temperature - five minute wait, more firewood neeed - two minute wait. Concierge / luxury level service from the comforts of a vaction rental. ok ##### William M. Great location on the narrow part of Sailfish Point with beautiful sunrises and ocean to the east, and beautiful sunsets and the wide part of the intracostal waterway to the west. The house is enormous and can comfortably fit more than a dozen adults easily, and there are views from almost everywhere. Also, the management company is fantastic and the house is the most stocked of essentials that I’ve ever encountered at a rental property. Also, the house was immaculate and well organized with signs and instructions anywhere they were needed. Lastly, check in and check out were a breeze, especially check out because you don’t have to strip sheets or do laundry, etc. (although we left the place very clean). For boaters, the Stuart Causeway Boat Ramp is about two minutes away by watercraft & less than five minutes away by car. There is also plenty of room for a car and trailer to be parked in front of the house next to the dock. I will definitely rent this property again. ##### Michael M. We enjoyed that this house was exactly as advertised. It had everything for an amazing vacation on the beach. Al was super to communicate with and always responsive. My wife and I brought both our parents and our nine children with a couple of spouses and a granddaughter. The expansive spaces easily fit all of us (little tight at meal prep and serve time) and the exterior spaces provided plenty of additional area to sit and enjoy the views. The sunrises on one side and sun sets on the other were amazing. The intercostal side provided some surprises like a cool spot for a fire at night, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing with all the gear, and a great spot to hang out. The pool is a bit small as shown but provided a good spot to cool off and for the young ones to enjoy in between the ocean runs. By the way, the resort down the road was super for pickleball and use of large pools and hot tubs. We enjoyed those several mornings and evenings. We loved the views in all the rooms and the neighborhood was super quiet. A full ten out of ten for this one for the seven nights we were there. Thanks for allowing us to use the home for restful and peaceful nights with amazing mornings, beautiful evenings and wonderful conservation. The Florida sun felt great and the time we spent together away from it all was made even more amazing with such a great spot to hang out. We didn’t think about anything; just enjoyed. The kids were too busy to wine about a thing and never once said they were bored. The adults got to relax and throw food at them. AMAZING the thought and the detail that went into making sure every need was met. We all had our own space when needed and were comfortable. Hung out on the ocean side deck mostly, but also spent a great deal of time on the river and caught fish from the dock, loved the kayak and paddle board. We saw manatee, dolphin, sting ray, manta ray and a couple of crows trying to steal stuff off our table when nobody was there....they like Doritos. The bathtub beach was just a short walk and so worth it. Got re-married on the beach with all my kids and grand-kids and made beautiful memories for a lifetime. This place was just plain "perfect" for us and can't imagine anyone complaining about a single thing. I stay in a lot of rentals by owners and can tell you that is highly unusual to have a good fry pay in any of them (it's expected) and this place had the BEST cookware- surprise!!!. Correspondence was great and when a storm knocked out the internet, it took us a bit to realize, because we were too busy having fun, but Al was right on top of it as soon as we told him and got it fixed fast. Best Property manager I've had with quick response time and full of information that made this so much easier to manage with a group of 14 of us. This trip was a dream come true for us. On one side you have the ocean on the other you have the bay we had family ranging in age from less than two to over 80 and everyone had a wonderful time. The addition of the resort pass to the Marriott was great. We used it frequently to go to the beach as well as to go to the pool. Gave us a lot of options. The house was really well stocked and everything was very nice.
