"Clean and good service "

"We had a really nice 2 night stay, we checked in earlier as our room was ready, which was a lovely start. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. We enjoyed some nice food in the atrium bar, a lovely afternoon tea in the 1853 restaurant. And some nice 6 oclock gin on the terrace - all with fantastic service. The only negative was the room was so hot it was uncomfortable, a fan was provided and was really needed. There was also a huge generator outside, and the loading bay was noisy. (room 6 - junior suite) "

"Really nice stay and facilities. The only negative is you have to pay for parking as a hotel guest which I find a bit ridiculous. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room and food was lovely. The spa is quite small but nice. The only thing I would say is there were dirty cups and plates around the pool area and the service in the evening was very slow."

"We have now stayed at the Old mill Hotel 4 times and we are very happy with the great service we get from the staff the lady in the mornings Agata is always pleased to great us we are both looking forward to our next stay at Christmas time we both recommend this Hotel for anyone looking to Stay in Bath 10/10 for all the friendly staff Thank you Mick & Ali xx"
