"Overall, the hotel was well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the cookies at the reception were delicious! The breakfast was also really good. Only downside was that there was some white noise in the room and the floors were a little squeaky."

"Very good hotel and reasonably priced. Drinks are very expensive. Our check out experience was dreadful. It took 25 minutes because the receptionist could not work out it the Expedia payment was complete. Spoilt what was otherwise a very pleasant experience."

"Fabulous location, the team (not staff) very friendly and helpful, we have a dog, so in the room was a dog bed, food and water bowl,lots of poo bins in the grounds, the only thing i would have liked is a small fridge in the room for the milk. Totally recommend for a restful time away. Thank you the team at The Bear of Rodborough."

"Really pleasant hotel and great facilities. The gym is only small and was busy but it served the purpose I wanted it to perfectly and it was great to have the access to the spa for a short while too. Pleasant food, comfortable bed. Would highly recommend."
