"Nice location - not far from Hammersmith bus and tube stations. Pleasant but not overly talkative staff.
Hotel was nice and quiet.
Room was clean but the clothes storage was near to falling over, plug socket and light fittings damaged and potentially dangerous, metal bed frame broken and very noisy. The room would have benefitted from having blackout curtains as the morning light flooded in at around 6am."

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

After spending 3 nights in a 4.4 Expedia rated hotel in Kensington where we greeted with unchanged bed sheets, stained matresses, and more, we left and went to the Andaz. Here, you can shower well, the beds are immaculate and there is a tube station right next to the hotel. This is definetively where we will stay next time. Thank you, Andaz!

Great staff. We mentined it was our anniversary on arrival at 1am (in passing) and next day returned to find a free bottle of champagne and signed card. A really nice touch.

From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...
