There were insects (centipede) in the bathroom/WC and the bathtub faucet was loose. The bath towels were small and thin. The ventilation in the room was very poor so it was very hot and stuffy at night.

It was very close to the tram to take downtown. No reason to take your vehicle. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain so slippery floor.

Problem with payment

The main problem is that the hotel charged us twice for the booking and still has not returned money back. They explained that was some kind of security deposit (are u serious?? is it a 5 star hotel or something??) and it will be returned back within 3 days. Already 2 weeks passed and we still have not received money back. The hotel is totally unflexible with late check out...
