"As mentioned in other reviews the house is lovely but it lacks any kind of instructions as how how to do thinks like turn the heating on outside it’s normal programmed hours or what to do with the rubbish which is an eyesore. To me those issues are down to the management company, someone should be acting on the reviews. It’s a bit far for a walk to the pub but the little seafront area is lovely. The chippy is good but don’t expect to get alcohol in the Spar shop !"

10/10 Excellent

"Staff were absolutely delightful and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was great and the room had a perfect ocean view over Antrim Gardens. We went in May, so parking was free on the street right in front of the hotel. Central location for all that Portrush has to offer."

"What an amazing location right on the water with beautiful views, sheep keeping us company, great walking paths to explore and best of all, the summerhouse! This is a true hidden gem that we enjoyed for five nights and knew we made the right choice from the moment we arrived.Communication was excellent with Turlough from the time we booked months before until we sent a farewell note. If you’re exploring the North Coast, the location is unbeatable near the major attractions and several excellent restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was lovely decor but found that the bed was just made everyday and notice that the bathroom wasn’t clean each day we stayed . The food was ok but wasn’t enough Choice . Breakfast was poor in tact the portions were small . Staff were lovely and very helpful although their uniforms were a bit scruffy looking ."

"The rooms are clean, big, all rooms upstairs require you to lug your bags up the stairs as there is no lifts. The breakfast is very average and not that appetising. The walls are very thin so you do get to enjoy everyone else’s conversations from the adjoining rooms including below and will get to sleep when they stop and wake up when they start. All the floorboards creek in the hall and your rooms so you get that noise as well."

"Great location, nice hotel but it can use an update. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant and at breakfast was very good. It needs modern amenities like charging outlets. It should also be better supplied with complementary water, shampoo and conditioner, shower cap, etc. as in most hotels. TV in the room wasn’t working. But the site was amazing!"
