"Absolutely charming place, lovely family run business, super welcoming, friendly, greeted by dogs, ducks and cows. Stunning peaceful location, just what I needed."

"What a gem of a Property - absolutely perfect We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return again. You do need a car to be able to get out and about and explore the lovely area, we managed to get to Truro (Healeys Cider Farm)/Perranporth, Boscastle and Instow (perfect for our dogs, who enjoyed the run on the beach) and all within about an hour away and then you come back to a very comfortable property, at the end of your day to relax and unwind. Would certainly recommend. "

"Completely detached barn. Very warm despite the weather being awful. Easy to find. Lovely layout. Had everything we needed and location was excellent , between Oakhampton and Tavistock. Very powerful shower and comfy couches and bed. Great size private garden but pity we couldnt sit out much but still very enjoyable"

"A charming cottage with a friendly host in a lovely area. Enjoyed our stay ver much. "

"Owl Barn was just beautiful - we loved the fact that the sheep wandered past the garden fence and the horses came close to be petted ! The view from the window was amazing and the Barn had everything we could possibly need - we would definitely recommend it and would be very happy to go back again "

"I can’t fault Tim & Gill’s cottage. It was excellent. Everything you needed was available. Basically apart your own belongings she supplied towels, washing up liquid, foil, salt & pepper etc., You are welcomed with fresh flower's on the dining table & the most lovely scones, jam & clotted cream, fresh eggs(from Gill’s own chicks) & milk. Amazing!! Everything spotless clean. Have already stayed a second time & will be back next year."

"Great location and so quiet."

"Very spacious with every facility in the lodge that you need. The hot tub is fabulous and we were left a lovely bottle of Prosecco and chocolates alongside tea and coffee etc. The owners thought of everything. Would definitely recommend. "

"Very comfortable stay!"

"A very nice modern cottage close to Holworthy. The cottage is spacious and equipped with all tools you require for a good holiday. There are 2 sleeping rooms, separated by a corridor and living/diningroom, with both a bathroom en-suite. One has a kingbed and the other a double bed. The terras is equipped with bbq, jacuzzi and sitting area. There is safe dishwater for outside, for inside there is sufficient kitchenware. The living room is spacious and has a nice fireplace. I would definitely rate...
