"This hotel is what it is. The most inexpensive place I could find in a somewhat decent neighborhood. The plus side is the close proximity to the BART station at 16th and Mission. Easy walk to the Judah line. Great coffee shop half a block north on Valencia. The place has character and is old school. Not a place to hang out and chill, but worked well as a place to sleep. "
"Had a great stay here at this place for 4 nights, was most affordable for me, walkable, close to beautiful parks, the area felt totally safe to me walking around at night. Bathroom was nice and roomy. I would definitely stay here again for a budget option! "

"The place was perfect for a home base during Outside Lands. There was plenty of street parking in addition to being able to park in the garage. Place was clean and bed was very comfortable. This is a basement apartment below other living quarters and we were pleased with the insulation/minimal noise from above. Communication with host leading up to and during stay was great. We would stay here again if/when we are visiting SF. Howard was very welcoming and gave great recommendations of places within walking distance. "
"Love the vintage decor and style of the historic building. The made-to-order breakfast was phenomenal and tasty! They always had tea, coffee, and great snack options available at all hours. Not too many things to do in a walkable distance but we found it easy to walk to the Target nearby and a neighborhood bar."

"What a great spot! Jerry was an excellent host, extremely communicative and thorough with pre-arrival information, which made check-in easy. He responded quickly to my questions and even provided great recommendations on things to do and places to eat during our stay. The property was well lit, very safe, and in a fantastic neighborhood. Travel to and from the property was a breeze, with the Muni stop just a two-minute walk away. My family loved the stay, and we will definitely book again when we return to San Francisco. We could not be more pleased!"
