"Breakfast: plenty of choice, including juices. My biggest disappointment is that the EV charging point is not what is advertised. OF COURSE the staff's response was "it's a third party company" etc etc and dismissed my concern, but I booked this hotel SPECIFICALLY for the charging. I wasted about 3 hours in the morning, plus taxis back/forth to get to a suitable charging point. "

"Overall this hotel is in a great location if you are attending an event at resorts world, and given that I would put up with it again, but I wouldn't stay at this property if I didn't have a need to. My main issue was the bed, even with a mattress topper it was hard. The mattress topper was also too short for the bed, so the pillow sank towards the headboard. Additionally the sheets were too short for the bed and spring free throughout the night. This resulted in me catching a glimpse of the mattress which was covered in black human hairs. There was also screws through the Lino in the floor and bath panel which I find to be rather unhygienic. I had room service, the staff were pleasant, but the food was no better than freezer food. "

"The hotel is great, just think the bar is understaffed and slow service. The hotel would benefit from an experienced bar staff. That said the staff are pleasant they just lack the bar training and experience. "
