"We stay here almost once a week for business trip. This was the second time I was told by the front desk that the credit card auth was all good, submitted, not pending. When my employee arrives, they tell him the credit card declined. He arrived 1.5 days after making the reservation. They should have told me the card declined (if at all) way before my employee arrived. I do NOT appreciate this at all!"
"Decent motel for those on a budget. In an ok part of town. There is a gas station, Wells Fargo bank and a Hawaiian restaurant next door within walking distance. The front desk is not consistently staffed and we found ourselves locked outside waiting for someone to show up so we could check in.
The area to access the rooms is locked and can only be accessed with the room key, which is a great security feature. Property outside well kept. Plenty of parking.
Rooms are spacious, but are outdated....
"This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had in a hotel after paying a premium to stay here. The elevators were out of order the whole time. The maid didn’t clean my room. The website did not state there was construction going on in the lobby when I reserved the room. I have back problems but I felt obligated to help an older woman with a large bag who was struggling to get it down four flights of stairs. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! It’s the worst! Management didn’t seem to care much."
"The bistro was really really good great breakfast and service from the girls there. Front desk was very helpful buttttt the complaint I have was right when I was packing up my stuff to leave I went to the bathroom when I finished I flushed the toilet. 1 min later it was bubbling up out of the drain from the shower. Whole room smelt horrible. Glad I was leaving after that. Other than that nice quiet place and great staff."
"The property was very clean. It had a yummy breakfast with enough options for everyone. The staff are very polite and nice. The property is conveniently located near the freeway, has a gym, and includes free parking."
