2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

There were stains by the door that looked like blood, living room light didn't work, small refrigerator was warm but finally started to work and 2 spots in the ceiling where material had fallen down. Strong pot smell getting off of elevator. For the price paid, I would expect better.

the pictures lie, super run down. our door lock did not work, they tried to fix it, we ended up using the window to get in and out. no blankets for the beds, only sheets - we asked the front desk for a blanket, they had none and offered us towels to use! no shampoo, only 1 small bar of soap.
