Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Was in a good position for lovely dog walks along the river Tees , we needed a base , as we where at a wedding in Yarm . Kids parks close by , had an issue when arrived but was soon sorted . 6 adults and 3 children didn't feel over crowded but we couldn't all sit to eat together .Nice take aways within walking distance
