The front desk staff was great. The room (mine had a double bed) was small, even by European standards; but it was clean. There was no real closet. But it had a bar with hangers and pegs placed throughout the room which were really helpful. The shower was great. If you use a wash cloth (I do), bring one (I did). The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the the train station and there many restaurants and shops close by.
